These Poblano Peppers made by San Miguel are conviniently sliced for you. Poblano Peppers (capsicum annuum) are big, cone shaped peppers grown fresh in Puebla, Mexico. One of the most popular chilies in Mexico. It is quite mild and sweetish in flavour. When dried, they become ancho chilies. They are used in many Mexican dishes such as chiles rellenos, rajas con queso, soups and in fajitas. They are also used in the same way Europeans would use bell peppers.
