Achiote Paste, La Extra, 100 gram box
This Ahciote Paste made by la Extra is used as a Marinade for chicken, fish, pork and turkey. It is made with a blend of annatto seeds, spices, herbs and vinager. It is traditionally used in Mexican cuisine, specially in the Oaxaca and Yucatan regions. Disolved with orange juice and cyder vinager, it makes an amazing marinade for poultry, pork and fish.
