These white corn kernels are ready cooked and made by OvarB. They are specially used to make Pozole, which is a Mexican soup or stew made with either chicken or pork and white maize kernels that has been made by the indiginous Mexican people for centuries. Deliciously hearty, this soup is served with a dash of lime juice, chili flakes, fresh radishes, raw onion, oregano and freshly made tostadas. Delicious and nutricious!

My Mexican Shop is run by husband and wife team, Lily & Alan. He is Irish and she is Mexican and they met in Japan over 15 years ago. Lily has been living and cooking in Ireland for over 10 years now.They both share a passion for good food, travel and cooking; When not busy running their business and carrying out other work endeavours, they can be found in their Dublin kitchen, cooking (mainly Lily) and eating (mainly Alan) all sorts of yummy food.
