This Red Mole Paste made by Rogelio Bueno to an authentic Mexican recipe is perfect of 8 portions of delicious mole. Just add 3 portions of water or chicken stock per portion of mole paste and heat gently in the stove stirring ocasionally. Add it to cooked chicken, turkey, enchiladas, pork, enchiladas, tacos, over fried eggs, rice or refried beans. It's delicious!

My Mexican Shop is run by husband and wife team, Lily & Alan. He is Irish and she is Mexican and they met in Japan over 15 years ago.
