This Llewellyn's premium Cider Vinegar in 500 ml bottle, is fermented by award wining artisan producer David Llewellyn from the very best of Irish apples.  The vinegar is produced completely natuaral and unfiltered to preserve it's amazing flavour. We absolutely love it and have found it complements our achiote paste perfectly to make our famous Cochinita Pibil and the red onion pickle that accompanies it. We love it in the dressing for salpicon and many other Mexican dishes. Winner of The Bridgestone Best in Ireland Award in 2010, this cider vinegar has been used in our kitchen for many, many moons.
