This Ibarra drinking chocolate is deliciously spiced and flavoured with cinnamon & vanilla; it's perfect for both drinking hot or using it in savoury cooking (absolutely incredible in mole). Heat the chocolate tablet with milk and just before boiling, blend it or froth it to create the perfect aztec chocolate drink.

My Mexican Shop is run by husband and wife team, Lily & Alan. He is Irish and she is Mexican and they met in Japan over 15 years ago.
