This dried Guajillo chilies are thin, long, red colour chilies are very mild in heat, with a subtule green tea flavour with berry overtones; they are produced by drying the Mirasol Chilies. Guajillo is used to make salsas, tamales and rubs for chicken. Very popular in South Mexico.

My Mexican Shop is run by husband and wife team, Lily & Alan. He is Irish and she is Mexican and they met in Japan over 15 years ago.
