At My Mexican Shop Ltd., we endevor to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt on weekdays only, however in some cases due to unforseen circustances we cannot guarantee this. Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on the completed order form. All orders must include a contact telephone number for the recipient, we will not be held liable for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect or incomplete addresses or phone numbers provided or our courier being unable to contact the recipient directly. Delivery rates and times as well as weight restrictions are display in the tables below by country.
DELIVERIES TO THE ISLAND OF IRELAND:
For the Island of Ireland, two geographical flat rates exist in our delivery structure for shipments of up to 30 kilos (please see table below), any shipment over 30 kilos will incurr extra delivery charges, please contact us if this is your case for specific costs. The delivery charge is clearly displayed on both the delivery information link on our site and at the point of checkout. Orders in the Island of Ireland over 50 euro and within 30 kilos receive free shipping until such offer is withdrawn. Please note that this offer only applies to deliveries in addresses within the Island of Ireland (both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). Deliveries will be made on behalf of My Mexican Shop by our third party logistics provider.

At My Mexican Shop, we operate a next day delivery service as standard within the Island of Ireland; however, in some very remote parts, goods might be delivered on scheduled delivery days for the region. All accepted orders placed on a working day, (Monday to Friday) before 10 a.m. GMT will be processed and shipped on the same working day. These orders will arrive on the next business day in most parts of Ireland. All orders placed after the cut off time of 10 a.m. GMT on a working day, will be processed and shipped the next working day. These orders will arrive on the next business day. Orders placed during Friday afternoons, Saturdays and Sundays, will be processed and shipped on Mondays to arrive with you on Tuesdays.
Certain bank holidays will affect delivery time, in which case, you will be notified by e-mail. We make every effort to deliver your goods on time, however, we will not be liable if we fail to do so due to circumstances beyond our control. Goods must be signed for and received by a person over 18 years old.
If the nominated place of delivery is unattended at the time delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave a calling card with the driver’s phone number on it. It is your responsibility to call the driver and agree a time for the reattempt delivery. There will be no charge incurred for a second attempted delivery, however after the second delivery attempt; the customer will be responsible for any additional delivery charges due to our third party logistics company.

Please note that delivery charges do not include taxes and duties where applicable. Customers are liable for customs charges upon recipt of delivery. All our international deliveries within Europe are based on road freight rates.

Damaged Goods & Refunds:
In the unfortunate case of goods being faulty or damaged in transit, we kindly ask you to contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods by e-mail on info@mymexicanshop.ie or by phone on 087-780-4750 so we can take care of everything. Please make sure to notify the courier on the spot of any visible damage to packaging.
We aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. In the Island of Ireland, goods can be returned by Registered Post to 81 Walkinstown Ave, Walkinstown, Dublin 12. You will be required to return the goods, unopened and as new with a copy of your original invoice via An Post Registered Post. Your statutory rights are not affected.
International shipment will be dealt with on a case to case bases always striving to provide the best customer service possible.
Cancelation of orders:
Orders can be cancelled at any stage up to the point of shipping (before 10 am) with no penalty. Simply call us on 087-780-4750. Orders cancelled after shipping will incur the delivery charge plus the cost of returning the order/goods if it has been shipped, this includes orders availing of free shipping.
In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to cancel the contract with us winthin 7 working days starting from the day you receive the goods and without giving any reason and without penalty except the cost of returning the goods. In this situation, please contact us in writing and let us know you want to cancel your order and return the goods to us. Goods must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
