No respectable household in Mexico would be without some pickled chilies: they are delicious, last forever in the fridge and can be used to spiced up any meal. My brother uses them as a side vegetable on his plate! We love them and always have some handy, particularly smoky chipotles. The ones gathered in this section are our favourites. Enjoy them!
My Mexican Shop is run by husband and wife team, Lily & Alan. He is Irish and she is Mexican and they met in Japan over 15 years ago. Lily has been living and cooking in Ireland for over 10 years now.
